I recently purchased the L'OREAL Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner from Target. It is originally $7.49 but I got it on clearance for $5.24. I was at Target specifically looking for the Milani liquif'eye but unfortunately they ran out of it. So I was just looking around for something similar to the Milani liquif'eye and I found this. I got it in Carbon Black. So far, I am really loving it. The color is such an intense black. It glides on easily but when you are applying it, be very gentle as it tends to break quiet easily. It does give awesome precision which is always nice when you have shaky hands and are trying to do a winged look. It glides on very smoothly. I really like the packaging too. It comes with a smudger for a more intense look. It also stays on for a long time. Overall, I really like it. The only con I can think of is how creamy it is. It easily breaks on me. Also another big con is that you have to sharpen it. I bought it thinking it was one of those eyeliners you could twist and the product just comes out. Sadly, you have to sharpen it and I find it kind of difficult to sharpen. This product would be perfect if L'OREAL could just make it twistable.
